UNAVETS continues to strengthen its presence in Andalusia with the addition of Clínica Veterinaria Mairena, located in Mairena del Aljarafe, Seville. With 13 years of experience, the clinic provides comprehensive veterinary care for dogs and cats and has a team of professionals specialising in various fields of veterinary medicine.
Clínica Veterinaria Mairena was established with the aim of providing high-quality, personalised veterinary care, adopting an approach based on close relationships with clients and transparency. The clinic has three consultation rooms, an operating theatre, a laboratory, an X-ray room and inpatient facilities. It offers a range of services, including preventive medicine, diagnostic imaging, clinical laboratory testing, surgery, hospitalisation and nutrition.
The team comprises four veterinary surgeons and one veterinary assistant. Its areas of expertise include internal medicine, feline medicine, diagnostic imaging, minimally invasive surgery and ophthalmology.
Miguel Ángel Mejías, Veterinary Director of Clínica Veterinaria Mairena, comments: “Over the past 13 years, we have built a practice based on a very specific approach to veterinary care: taking the time to care for each patient, getting to know their families and working with transparency. Joining UNAVETS allows us to continue developing this practice while also benefiting from the support of a group with extensive experience in the sector. We are very excited about this new chapter and look forward to continuing to provide our clients with the standard of care that has enabled us to grow over the years.”
Enrique Cardona, CEO of UNAVETS, adds: “Clínica Veterinaria Mairena is a well-established practice with a strong commitment to personalised care. Miguel Ángel and his team have developed a clinic model built on close relationships with clients and strong clinical capabilities. We are delighted to welcome them to UNAVETS and to continue expanding our presence in Seville alongside a team that shares our vision for animal care and health.”
The addition of Clínica Veterinaria Mairena marks another step in UNAVETS’ expansion in Seville, where the group now operates three veterinary centres, bringing its total number of centres in Andalusia to more than 20.
