Miguel Maldonado

Miguel has a degree in Law and Business Administration from the UAM. He first specialised in Accounting and Finance and later in Mergers & Acquisitions. Following his time at the multinational companies Grant Thornton and Deloitte, Miguel has gained financial experience through auditing clients from various sectors and providing financial advice on M&A processes for significant national and international clients.
