Gawein has an MBA from INSEAD and an MSc in business and economics from the Universiteit van Amsterdam. He is a seasoned private equity portfolio operating professional and joined Oaktree in 2020 from the Anicura Group, where he served as a country manager for AniCura and VetFamily. Prior to this, he was the director of business development for Mirror Controls International. Mr. Geraedts is a native Dutch speaker and is fluent in French and German.
