Clinical Manager
Daniel joined the Unavets Quirino Gibraltar team in late 2023 as an experienced Veterinary Surgeon and Clinical Manager. He brings a strong background in clinical leadership, supporting the hospital's continued growth and excellence.Daniel is highly qualified, holding a General Practitioner Certificate in Dermatology (GPCert Derm) and advanced diplomas in soft tissue surgery and anaesthesia. Previously, he founded and successfully managed a small animal hospital in Málaga. Since his arrival, he has promoted a clear vision of quality medicine and patient-centered care.

Cristina Cosme
Veterinary
Cristina graduated in Veterinary Medicine in 2013 and has been a dedicated part of our team since 2018. Her main clinical focus areas are Internal Medicine and Ultrasound (abdominal and echocardiography), alongside general consultations.She holds postgraduate qualifications in small animal medicine, advanced abdominal ultrasound, and echocardiography, ensuring comprehensive healthcare. Passionate about her profession, Cristina constantly pursues further training to offer the highest quality of care to patients and their families. Outside the clinic, she enjoys traveling, riding motorcycles, and spending time with her border collie, Tapi.

Jessica Clemente
Veterinary
A Veterinary Surgeon who graduated from the University of Córdoba in 2015, she joined the Quirino Gibraltar team by late 2019. She started working immediately after graduation and reinforced her expertise through numerous internships and continuing education.Her key areas of focus are soft tissue surgery and internal/preventive medicine. She maintains special interests in ophthalmology, cardiology, and diagnostic imaging, reflecting her commitment to up-to-date practice. When not at the clinic, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, including her two children and two cats.

Pedro López
Veterinary
Graduating from the University of Córdoba in 2020, he initially received continuous training in equine medicine, including an internship at an equine hospital. In 2022, he shifted his focus to small animals, starting work in Gibraltar as a General Practitioner.He is an active member of the clinic’s emergency service team. His professional studies have concentrated heavily on Ophthalmology, completing several courses in this specialised field. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys staying active with sports and spending time in nature.

Eliana joined the Quirino Veterinary Clinic team in 2023 as a qualified Veterinary Assistant. Her profound bond with animals motivated her additional training in canine education and psychology. She has consistently sought to expand her expertise, holding certifications in veterinary nutrition and dermatological cytology.Eliana is a passionate animal lover highly dedicated to continuous learning and professional growth. Outside the clinic, she actively volunteers her time supporting animal shelters.

Estefanía is a Veterinary Assistant and a vital part of the Quirino Gibraltar team for over ten years, with more than 20 years of experience overall. She has worked across key areas like consultations, surgery, and hospitalisation, known for her warm, dedicated, and detail-oriented approach.Despite initially studying education, she found her true passion in veterinary care and continually seeks to learn and grow professionally. A defining trait is her strong interest in exotic pets, actively seeking training in the care and handling of these unique animals. Estefanía is a committed professional and a trusted colleague, driven by an unconditional love for all animal species.

Jordana Rodríguez
Receptionist
Jordana Rodríguez, who graduated in Early Childhood Education in 2021, redirected her career from teaching to her true passion: animal care. She currently serves as a Receptionist and Veterinary Assistant, utilizing her strong interpersonal skills and dedication.A passionate linguist, she is fluent in Spanish, French, and English, aiding effective communication with clients. She is distinguished by her empathy and commitment to providing attentive, compassionate care to animals and their owners. Her primary goal is to ensure every client and pet feels welcomed and well cared for from the moment they arrive.
