A Tourism graduate, she has a solid professional background with 11 years of experience in administrative management and user experience. In 2015, she redirected her career towards the veterinary sector, bringing a human and streamlined approach to clinic management.Her role goes beyond operational and document management; she specialises in client emotional support, the simplification of financial and budgeting processes, and the optimisation of emergency scheduling. With over a decade of experience at the centre, Sandra is a key asset in the patient and family experience, ensuring an empathetic, proactive environment and impeccable organisational operations so that the medical team can deliver the highest standards of care.

With a solid 20-year career as an administrator in the food laboratory sector, she specialises in internal organisation, document management, and client and supplier relations. Driven by her dedication to animal welfare, she redirected her professional career towards veterinary management in 2021.She has been part of the team at Quirino Veterinary Clinic for the past five years, where she has consolidated her experience in the clinical environment and administrative care support.
