Manuel López

Veterinary Director

Manuel is a veterinary surgeon and head of the Surgery, Traumatology, Cardiology and Endoscopy area at the Zaragoza Veterinary Clinic. He is a founding member of GEMFE (AVEPA’s Feline Medicine Study Group), has been a speaker at several congresses and has published articles in national and international journals.

Manuel is a highly qualified and experienced veterinary surgeon with a deep knowledge of veterinary medicine. He is committed to providing his patients with the best possible care and keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in the profession.

Esther Sánchez

Veterinarian

Esther graduated as a veterinary surgeon in 1997. In 2016, she successfully completed AVEPA’s course in Internal Feline Medicine, the highest Spanish qualification in this speciality. She also has a degree in Feline Medicine (Urology and Gastroenterology) from the European School of Veterinary Studies.

Esther is responsible for the area of Internal Medicine, Dermatology, Ethology and Behaviour at the Zaragoza Veterinary Clinic. She is also a founding member of GEMFE (AVEPA’s Feline Medicine Study Group).

She has also been a speaker at national congresses and is the author of several articles on Feline Medicine. She is an expert in the diagnosis and treatment of feline diseases, and is committed to excellence in cat care.

Erika Burrian

Veterinarian

Erika is a qualified and accredited veterinary surgeon specialising in anaesthesia, diagnostic imaging, ophthalmology and exotic animal medicine and surgery. She graduated from the University of Vienna in 2002 and has been practising veterinary medicine ever since.

Erika is a highly qualified and experienced veterinary surgeon who is dedicated to providing the best possible care for her animal patients.

She has an in-depth knowledge of the specific needs of each type of animal and is constantly updating her knowledge of the latest developments in veterinary medicine.

 Erika is responsible for anaesthesia and pain management, diagnostic imaging, ophthalmology and exotic animal medicine and surgery. She has received awards for excellence in veterinary care and is a member of several professional organisations including the Spanish Association of Small Animal Veterinary Surgeons (AVEPA) and the Spanish Society of Exotic Animal Medicine and Surgery (SEMCAE).

 

Alicia Sánchez

Veterinarian

Alicia graduated as a veterinary surgeon in 1998. Her areas of interest are ethology, general medicine and paediatrics. She has worked in several veterinary clinics during her career, and has extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases in pets.

 She also specialises in animal behaviour, and offers advice and therapy to pet owners with behavioural problems.

Alicia is passionate about her work, and is dedicated to providing her patients with the best possible care. She is a highly qualified and experienced professional, and is always up-to-date with the latest advances in veterinary medicine.

Raquel Romero

Veterinary Assistant

Raquel is a passionate veterinary assistant and as shop manager, is a key member of the Coso Veterinary Clinic team. With a solid background and experience in the field of animal care,

Raquel contributes to the care and welfare of the pets that visit the clinic. 

Her dedication and empathy towards animals is reflected in her caring and professional treatment of each four-legged patient and their owners. As a veterinary assistant, Raquel demonstrates extensive knowledge in assisting with medical procedures, performing post-operative care and providing support in the diagnosis and treatment of various conditions. In addition, in her role as shop manager, she excels at advising clients on the most appropriate products for their pets’ wellbeing, offering personalised attention and ensuring a satisfactory experience at the clinic.
