The Cat Friendly Clinic programme, spearheaded by the International Society of Feline Medicine (ISFM), aims to enhance the experience of cats in veterinary clinics, significantly reducing their stress and making their visits to the vet much easier for both cats and their owners.

A Suitable Environment from Arrival:
- We feature a separate and exclusive waiting room for cats, ensuring no stressful contact with dogs or other animals.
- We provide blankets to cover carriers, offering a secure refuge and minimising visibility of strangers.
- We facilitate elevated spaces where carriers can be kept off the floor, a position many cats prefer for added security.
Hospitalisation Designed for Cats:
- Should your cat require hospitalisation, we offer an independent hospitalisation ward, solely for felines.
- Our cages are larger and comply with stringent welfare standards, allowing your cat to feel comfortable during their stay.
Personalised and Unhurried Consultations:
- We provide a consultation/examination room specifically for cats, free from the scents of other animals and designed for their tranquillity.
- Our appointments have a minimum duration of 15 minutes, with even more time allocated for ill, elderly, anxious cats, or for behavioural consultations and complex cases.
Exclusive and Secure Operating Theatre:
- We have a separate operating theatre dedicated solely to feline surgical procedures, ensuring a sterile and calm environment for surgery.
