The Casta\u00f1os Veterinary Clinic is staffed by a multidisciplinary team composed of 4 veterinary surgeons trained in different specialties to the highest level. This enables us to offer pets the finest standard of professional care.<\/p>

Unai San Mart\u00edn <\/a><\/h3>

Veterinary Director<\/h4>Veterinary Director\nand a graduate in veterinary medicine from the University of Zaragoza. A veterinary surgeon with a strong vocation, he has 20 years\u2019 experience working with small animals. In 2016, he completed a master's degree in Oncology at Improve and since then he has continued to train in veterinary oncology.\nHe is currently working to obtain accreditation in Oncology with Avepa.\n\n \nHe has practised as a general vet and a surgeon, and has extensive experience in emergency and hospital care, etc. <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Susana Mart\u00ednez<\/a><\/h3>

Veterinary Director<\/h4>Founding member and partner of the centre. Susana graduated from the University of Zaragoza and has worked as a general veterinary surgeon, surgeon, anaesthetist and emergency veterinary surgeon. She has extensive experience in pet medicine, and is passionate and committed to her work. Jose Carlos Rodr\u00edguez L\u00f3pez <\/a><\/h3>

Veterinary<\/h4>Veterinarian graduated from the University of Le\u00f3n in 2014. Experienced in daily clinical practice, having participated in various internship programs at different hospitals, practicing in internal medicine, daily consultations, emergency medicine, and soft tissue surgery.\n\nIn 2023, he completed a postgraduate course in small animal traumatology at the European University of Madrid.\n\nIn 2025, he obtained the European GPCert in Small Animal Orthopedic Surgery (SAS) (ORTH). <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Veterinary Assistant<\/h4>Naia has been part of the Casta\u00f1os team since 2011. She began her career taking care of the aesthetics of our furry friends and since 2015 has been part of the auxiliary team. She is currently responsible for the reception, customer service and administration team. She is in charge of welcoming our clients with the warmest of smiles.\nShe has extensive experience in chiromassage, and also as a hairdresser, childcare assistant and shop assistant.
